Streams straight from the database, so size is not a problem. JSON and NDJSON write document bodies; Envelope JSON also carries ids and timestamps so an export round-trips; CSV flattens the scalar fields found by sampling.
🔒 taxId, homePostalCode
are encrypted. Encrypted fields export as
ciphertext and are readable only with the application's key ring — an export never
decrypts, whatever keys this connection holds.
